Symptoms of shrinking lung syndrome reveal systemic lupus erythematosus in a 12-year-old girl

Abstract: While pleuropulmonary involvement in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a common occurrence, shrinking lung syndrome (SLS) is a rare complication of SLE, particularly in children.
