Symptomatische Hodenmetastase eines azinären Adenokarzinoms der Prostata

Abstract: ZusammenfassungWir berichten über den äußerst seltenen Fall einer symptomatischen testikulären Metastasierung durch ein azinäres Adenokarzinom der Prostata. Bislang wurden Hodenmetastasen von Prostatakarzinomen (PCa) meist nur zufällig im Rahmen von therapeutischen Orchiektomien oder Autopsien entdeckt.
