Symptomatic Primary Tethered Optic Chiasm: Technical Case Report

Abstract: BACKGROUND AND IMPORTANCE Symptomatic tethering of the optic nerves and chiasm is a rare occurrence and has been reported following both surgical and medical treatment of pituitary adenoma.
