“Symptom-based Insulin adjustment for Glucose Normalization” (SIGN) Algorithm: A Pilot Study

Abstract: Background: Lack of self-monitoring of blood glucose (SMBG) records in actual practice settings continues to create therapeutic challenges for clinicians, especially in adjusting insulin therapy.
