This paper puts forwards the induced generalized ordered weighted multiple continuous ordered weighted geometric averaging (IGOWMC‐OWGA) operator, which overcomes the deficiency that the ordered weighted geometric averaging (C‐OWGA) operator can only integrate a single interval. Main properties of the proposed operator are investigated. In order to integrate interval data and obtain more accurate prediction results, an optimal model based on IGOWMC‐OWGA operator and vectorial angle cosine is constructed. Finally, the model is applied to an empirical analysis of the moderate measure value of social security level about a certain province in China. The sensitivity and comparisons of results are analyzed which shows that the established model is of good stability and can effectively improve the accuracy of prediction.

‎Hesitant fuzzy numbers have been presented as an extension of the fuzzy numbers to take a better determining the membership functions of the parameters by several experts‎. ‎In this paper‎, ‎we use a triangular hesitant fuzzy numbers in the pairwise comparison matrix of analytic hierarchy process ‎‎by opinions of a group of decision maker‎‏s in ‎a‎ hesitant fuzzy environment‎. ‎We define consistency of the hesitant fuzzy pairwise comparison matrix and use the arithmetic operations on the hesitant fuzzy numbers and a new method of comparing hesitant fuzzy numbers to get the hesitant fuzzy performance score‎. ‎Finally‎, ‎a practical example is provided to show the the effectiveness of this study‎.

Using advantages of interval-valued intuitionistic hesitant fuzzy sets (IVIHFS) for describing the hesitant and intuitionistic decisions of experts and identifying the limitations of previous research works about optimization techniques, this paper introduces a new optimization technique and provides a new computational algorithm, applicable in various real life multiobjective optimization problem (MOOP) of engineering and management sectors, and for this, a new operation between IVIHFSs is first introduced. On the basis of this concept, a stepwise computational algorithm is constructed, and it is an extension of both fuzzy and intuitionistic fuzzy optimization techniques. Finally, the proposed algorithm is illustrated using a production planning problem, and the obtained results are compared with the existing optimization techniques.
