Da'wah should encompass not just teachings on worship but also the promotion and education of the Islamic economy. These two fields should enhance and reinforce one another. This study aims to examine the influence of da'wah on the development of the Islamic economy, as well as the reciprocal impact of the Islamic economy on the dissemination of sharia values. A total of 513 papers, comprising 500 from Google Scholar and 13 from Scopus, underwent screening, eligibility evaluation, and quality rating in this study. The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a systematic literature review approach following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses Protocols (PRISMA-P) guidelines. The study's findings indicate that da'wah and economic empowerment are mutually reinforcing, contributing to Muslims' economic self-sufficiency and long-term viability. The propagation of da'wah by da'i, encompassing information on Islamic economics, can elevate societal literacy and catalyze advancing the empowerment of the Islamic economy. Similarly, the Islamic economy, encompassing halal tourism and Islamic financial products, functions as a means of da'wah to facilitate mua'malah transactions by Sharia principles.

The objective of this research is to figure out the role of halal tourism to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in addition to identifying the factors that promote or hinder the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia. The primary data search procedure utilizes Publish or Perish software in conjunction with two databases, Google Scholar and Scopus. The outcomes of the analysis of the data comprised eight journal articles that were published between 2019 and 2023. This study's results indicate that the development of halal tourism contributes in numerous ways to the attainment of the SDGs. It can alleviate poverty in tourist destinations by generating employment opportunities for locals. Secondly, halal tourism ensures healthy and secure food and beverages. It has additionally equipped infrastructure for public facilities. Nevertheless, the growth of halal tourism in Indonesia encounters numerous impediments, among which is the absence of a comprehensive regulatory framework pertaining to this sector. Whereas, the community and business actors' consent and support for the sustainable management of halal destinations in Indonesia are the driving forces behind its development. Furthermore, these actors engage in collaborative planning and partnerships with other entities concerned with the management and advancement of tourism objects.

Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. Saifudin, Rosana Eri Puspita (2020), Fariana, Andi & Saripudin, Saripudin & Rukmana, Ovalia & Al, (2023), Huda, Nurul & Rini, Nova & Muslikh, Muslikh & Hidayat, Slamet & Takidah were engaged in the study of halal tourism, as well as the development of a strategy and the main directions of its further develop-ment. Erika & Sari, Dian & Husniyah, Af'idatul. (2022), Gunawan, Eddy & Sartiyah, Sartiyah. (2020) and others. The statement of basic materials. The researchers point out that the development of tourism in general, including halal tourism, is facilitated by a good geographical location. country or region. In this aspect, Ukraine occupies a fairly favorable geographical location, which can become attractive for wealthy tourists from the Persian Gulf countries. Climatic conditions also play an important role, and in this case, a temperate climate becomes a winning position, which can also attract tourists from the Middle East region, where the climate is quite hot in summer and who tend to stay in countries with a more temperate climate in summer. They are also attracted by relatively inexpensive medical care. Which they usually get either in India. Or in Thailand and other Southeast Asian countries, where the appropriate infrastructure has been created. Ukraine will be able to compete with the development of appropriate infrastructure and taking into account the religious characteristics of this category of tourists. In our country, there are virtually all conditions and opportunities for the development of halal tourism, including specialists who can certify the catering network, hotels, medical centers and other things for compliance with Halal standards. This study will focus on the religious aspects of the development of halal tourism. Which are reflected in Indonesia, which has a rich experience in the development of the tourism sector.
