Abstract: PURPOSE: Advances in treatment have increased survival rates and quality of life of pediatric CNS tumor patients leading to a growing number of long-term survivors. However, there is sufficient clinical and scientific evidence for the need of a highly specialized lifelong follow-up care due to multidimensional late effects.
