Although the lesions are characteristically located on the dorsa of the hands and the fingers, additional locations may be affected 2–5 . NDDH shows a rich inflammatory cell infiltrate mainly of neutrophils and abundant nuclear dust with variable sign of leucocytoclastic vasculitis 1–5 .…”
