Sutureless versus purse string with complete sac dissection in Laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair in children: A randomized clinical trial

Abstract: Introduction: Pediatric inguinal hernia is a common surgical problem with cumulative incidence of 4.2%. Minimal invasive surgery role is growing in the treatment of this problem.
