Sustainable, self-cleaning, transparent, and moisture/oxygen-barrier coating films for food packaging

Abstract: Food packaging requirements of gas barrier and self-cleaning are satisfied with the use of bio-renewable cellulose, chitosan, silica, and sunflower oil.
