Sustainable Purchasing in Food Retailing: Interorganizational Relationship Management to Green Product Supply

Abstract: Stakeholders’ demands for product sustainability redefine the focus of corporate purchasing strategies from the traditional concern with financial performance to considerations of ‘triple bottom line’ viability.
