Мета. Розробка і апробація способів виробництва вермикультури і вермигумусу та продуктів його переробки. Методи. Дослідж ення проводили в умовах ТОВ «ЛІГА COJIAP», м. Запоріжжя у два етапи. Н а першому етапі розроблено спосіб та пристрій для виробництва вермикультури і вермигумусу. На другому етапі розроблено спосіб глибокої переробки вермигумусу з використанням апарату вихрового шару АВС-100. Результати. Розроблено спосіб виробництва вермикультури і вермигумусу, який полягає в тому, що субстрат, з попередньо ферментованого органовмісного матеріалу, укладають через дверцята у контейнер, після чого з боку однієї із стінок висаджують у нього популяції компостних черв ' яків. Далі на відкритому майданчику для вермикомпостування формують самохідним штабелером гряди з певною відстанню між ними. Після завершення вермикультивування та утворення в контейнері свіжого вермигумусу, до нього щільно підставляють заповнений свіжим поживним субстратом другий контейнер, в який мігрують чер в' яки із першого контейнера, утворюючи наступну активну зону вермикомпостування і вермикультивування. Після завершення вермикультивування та утворення у другому контейнері свіжого біогумусу, до нього знову щільно підставляють третій контейнер з поживним субстратом куди мігрують черв' яки із другого контейнера і т. д. Контейнери з відсутніми черв' яками і готовим вермигумусом самохідним штабелером піднімаються за петлі і перевозяться за призначенням. Н а місце евакуйованих підставляють нові контейнери із свіжим субстратом і процес вермикомпостування продовжується. В ході глибокої переробки вермигумусу за рахунок поліпшення умов екстрагування водорозчинних гумінових речовин, спрощення і здешевлення технологічного процесу і отримання із нього біологічно активних речовин, вермигумус змішують з водою в співвідношенні 25/75, пропускають через апарат вихрового шару (АВС-100) і піддають впливу ряду фізичних факторів, а саме: інтенсивній механічній

Mulching is considered as a sustainable farming practice that promotes environmental conservation and improves productivity. The study was carried out to evaluate the determinants of mulching adoption among cacao farmers in the province of Camiguin, Philippines. The study was administered to 87 out of 201 cacao farmers using stratified sampling technique in the entire province of Camiguin last March 2023. Data collected were subjected to probit regression analysis using free software RStudio and R 4.3.0, where the dependent variable was the adopters of mulching, and the independent variables were age, access to extension workers, experience in cacao farming in years, knowledge, and training of mulching. Results from the probit model revealed a positive and strong relationship between adoption and knowledge of mulching (p-value=0.01) and training of mulching (p-value=0.01). The current study provides empirical evidence that knowledge and training are two vital determinants of adoption on mulching among cacao farmers in Camiguin. Educating farmers about mulching improves their knowledge and skills and increases productivity on their farms to attain sustainable agricultural production. Further studies may be conducted to assess the economic impact of adoption on farmers’ income and well-being.
