Sustainable Facilities Management (SFM) initiatives in Malaysia hotel industry: reliability and validity analysis using Smart-PLS

Abstract: This paper presents the reliability and validity analysis of the data collection instrument used in a larger study scale. A pilot study has been employed to prove the viability of the questionnaire survey and make improvements prior to the actual survey examining the framework of Sustainable Facilities Management (SFM) initiatives for Malaysia’s hotel industry.
