Sustainable Economic Planning and Distribution of Mineral Rents in Local Communities: Evidence from Ghana

Abstract: Mineral-endowed Districts are among the most underdeveloped communities in Ghana, partly because Districts are structurally constrained from recouping socio-economic cost directly from mines.
