“…Variables such as income, background, didactic title, age, gender, and teaching tenure will be analyzed in future research projects. Along with the investigated variables that can affect job satisfaction, there is some evidence that job satisfaction may vary according to a variety of other factors, including personality, demographics, income, work experience, and teachers’ professional status [ 33 , 40 , 50 , 98 , 100 ]. “…The wider context shows that schools where there is higher leadership/management support, where student discipline is respected, and where teachers have higher levels of decision-making and autonomy tend to have better teacher retention [ 39 ]. In this context, it is important to draw a distinction between two dimensions of factors that make up job satisfaction, namely, extrinsic and intrinsic dimensions.…”

“…[1][2][3] A good job is no longer defined based on income or career opportunities; its current definitions are made based on work flexibility and the opportunity to balance between work and personal life. [4][5][6] Moreover, the transition of obligation to form such work environment from an individual worker to an organizational responsibility has become notable. 7 Factors affecting occupational health should be thoroughly examined to protect workers from occupational diseases and accidents and to eliminate any risk factors that may threaten their health.…”

“…Homocianu et al (2020) discovered that core predictors of job satisfaction of Romanians aged 50 and over are a good atmosphere in the workplace and receiving recognition. The same Romanian population has job satisfaction peculiarities like the family's financial well-being or life satisfaction (Plopeanu et al, 2021). Nekola et al ( 2018) found a significant positive impact of downward occupational mobility on the overall job satisfaction of older European workers.…”
