“…Collagen fibers had the ability to reinforce interconnection bonding into the porous hydroxyapatite because pore size of HA appropriated to diameter of collagen nanofiber and according to the biomimetic theory of human and animal bones. Câmara et al, 36 Wang et al, 37 and Bian et al 38 reported efficiency of synthesis calcium phosphate and collagen extracted from fish skin and fish scale to make bio nanocomposite with composition of 6.5% water, 53.9% collagen, and 36.9% nCaP.
