Abstract: This study aimed to establish a sustainable and eco-friendly approach for the production of enzymes, including xylanase, exo-polygalacturonase (exo-PG), cellulase (CMCase), and αamylase, using tomato pomace through solid-state fermentation (SSF) with Bacillus safensis.
