Survive for split tooth by intracanal adhesive with intentional replantation.

Abstract: The purpose of this case report was to describe the procedures and prognosis of intracanal adhesive treatment and intentional replantation for maxillary molar with crown/root fracture. The case of a vital tooth with buccal and lingual fragments caused by crown/root fracture was presented. The involved tooth was extracted and stored in balanced salt solution.
