Abstract:Background. The potential therapeutic benefits of lymphadenectomy for patients with ovarian endometrioid carcinoma (EOC) remain vague. Therefore, a retrospective population-based analysis was performed to determine the relationship between lymphadenectomy and the survival rate of female patients with EOC.
