Abstract: Background Add‐ons at the time of in vitro fertilisation (IVF) have become commonplace, despite a general lack of evidence that they are effective and safe. The ‘Colorado Protocol’ is a commonly used add‐on consisting of aspirin, steroid and an antibiotic.
