Survey on Energy Efficient and Throughput Enhancement Routing Protocols over Wireless Mesh Networks

Abstract

This paper presents an overview of Energy efficient routing protocols that are intended to improve the throughput performance over Wireless Mesh Networks. The accompanying routing protocols depend on vitality efficient and throughput change in mesh network. Here the Dynamic source routing protocol, Intra-zone Routing Protocol (IARP) is used within the routing area to avoid congestion and Inter-zone Routing Protocol (IERP) was used between more than a specified routing areas.
