Survey Feedback als Methodik organisationspädagogischer Praxis

Abstract

In a survey feedback process, organizational data is systematically collected, evaluated and fed back to the organization to induce organizational change. Survey feedback as a method has been used and conceptualized as a scientific concept since the 1940s. This article discusses and presents survey feedback as a participative methodology of planned organizational change that aims at democratizing organizations. It is thus strongly linked to organizational educational and pedagogical change and the learning of organizations. After a theoretical introduction to the concept and its relevance for organizational education and pedagogy, results of empirical research as well as a survey feedback example in the field of learning oriented program evaluation and organizational development in higher education is presented.
