The hanging ball training method in a ring through a rope is one option to improve underhand passing practice and hand-eye coordination in volleyball. The choice of this method is based on the position of the hand when passing down. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of hanging ball exercises in a circle on the results of volleyball underhand passing and eye-hand coordination in elementary school students. This study used an experimental method with the type of group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at Sekayu 8 Public Elementary School and started from October to November 2022. The sample of this study amounted to 22 students. The data was gathered through assessments measuring both motor skills and visual-motor coordination. The data analysis in this study involves conducting tests to assess normality, homogeneity, variance-covariance homogeneity using the box-M matrix, multicollinearity, and hypotheses. The study findings indicated a notable impact of doing hanging ball exercises in a circular motion on both the passing ability and hand-eye coordination of students during volleyball activities. The findings of this study have significant consequences for teachers' comprehension in formulating diverse volleyball training methodologies, particularly aimed at enhancing lower passing capabilities and eye-hand synchronisation, so equipping students with proficient volleyball playing skills.

Observations made inside the subject at some stage in extracurricular sports for students of SMK Negeri 1 Sungai Apit Siak Regency confirmed that a few college students had not mastered the simple techniques of volleyball, along with the top serve. The unique objective of this study become to decide the correlation among the volleyball service ability of extracurricular college students at Sungai Apit 1 Vocational middle college and the coordination of arm and eye muscle energy. This studies is dating research, and the sample includes 12 extracurricular college students. Arm muscle electricity, hand eye coordination, and volleyball carrier ability are the three variables used in this observe. The consequences of the examine show that the primary hypothesis has a contribution of arm muscle power of 37.21% to upper serve competencies, the usage of rcount = zero.sixty one and rtable = zero.576. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri Tim Futsal Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo (UMP). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah survey. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan alat bantu Instrumen berupa kuesioner online dalam bentuk Google Form. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan jumlah pemain dalam tim futsal Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo yakni berjumlah 20 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu sampling jenuh. Data pada penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan presentase. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepercayaan diri Tim Futsal Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo (UMP) berada pada kategori tinggi dengan jumlah 8 orang dan presentase sebesar (40%). Secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan persentase tingkat kepercayaan diri Tim Futsal Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo (UMP) dengan kategori sangat rendah sebesar 0% (0 orang), kategori rendah sebesar 10 % (2 orang), kategori sedang sebesar 30% (6 orang), kategori tinggi sebesar 40% (8 orang), kategori sangat tinggi 20% (4 orang).
