Abstract:The objective of our research was to optimize surgical treatment of patients with bilateral laryngeal paralysis. The authors analyzed the results of pathology studies of arytenoid cartilage and vocal fold in patients at different stages of the disease. The article provides comparative analysis of the data of the intra and postoperative complications in such patients and the analysis of the long-term results of surgical treatment.
