Abstract:Macrodystrophia lipomatosa is a congenital disease characterized by gradual proliferation in the mesenchymal cell, such as fibroadipose tissue. Pathologically, fatty tissue is deposited in the nerve sheath, periosteum, bone marrow, and subcutaneous tissue, contributing to the macrodactyly of the foot.
