Surgical Strategy and Facial Nerve Outcomes in Petrous Bone Cholesteatoma

Abstract: Objective: To review the classification and management of petrous bone cholesteatomas (PBCs) at our center and the outcomes of facial nerve (FN) management in these lesions.
