Surgical resection of a retroperitoneal liposarcoma producing insulin-like growth factor II: a case report

Abstract: Background Tumor-produced high molecular weight insulin-like growth factor-II (big insulin-like growth factor-II) is considered to cause non-islet cell tumor hypoglycemia.
