Surgical outcome of primary intradural spinal arachnoid cysts: a series of 10 cases

Abstract: Background Primary intradural spinal arachnoid cysts are rare pathologies of uncertain etiology and variable presentation from no symptoms to myelopathy or radiculopathy according to cord or root compression.
