Surgical Mesoportal Bypass and Portosystemic Shunt Interventions

Abstract: Extrahepatic portal vein obstruction is defined by obstruction of the extrahepatic portal vein with or without involvement of the intrahepatic veins and does not include isolated thrombosis of the splenic vein or superior mesenteric vein.
