Surgical management of recurred hibernoma of the neck

Abstract: Cervical hibernoma is a rare, benign lipogenic tumor. Surgical removal of cervical hibernoma is needed when it causes symptoms such as dyspnea or dysphagia due to its mass effect, or when malignancy cannot be excluded. During surgery, en bloc resection is crucial to prevent hemorrhage and recurrence.
