Surgical management of fracture shaft femur in children and adolescents with titanium elastic nailing system

Abstract: Introduction: Treatment of paediatric femoral shaft fractures with titanium elastic nails have gained widespread popularity because of its clinical effectiveness and low risk of complications. Material and Methods: 30 cases of paediatric femoral shaft fractures of age group 5-16 years were treated with titanium elastic nailing at dr d y patil medical college, pimpri,pune.
