Surgical Induction of Endometriosis in Female Mice

Abstract: Endometriosis is a common gynecological disease characterized by the presence of endometrial tissue outside the uterine cavity. It is frequently associated with pain, infertility and a reduced quality of life, and it lacks adequate treatment.
