Surgical and Oncologic Outcomes With Intraoperative Radiation Therapy for Early Breast Cancer

Abstract: Background For selected patients with early-stage breast cancer (BC), intraoperative radiation therapy (IORT) has emerged as a convenient alternative to standard whole breast irradiation (WBI).
