Surgical and Functional Outcome after Resection of 57 Tentorial Meningiomas

Abstract: Tentorial meningiomas (TMs) may challenge the surgeon with their close association to neurovascular structures. We analyzed a consecutive series with regard to surgical and functional outcome following microsurgical resection.
