Surgeon’s and trainee’s attitudes towards surreptitious recordings by patients: An Institutional Survey (Preprint)

Abstract: UNSTRUCTURED Recently, cases of patients recording clinical encounters without the physician's knowledge have been reported, raising ethical and legal questions.
