Sibetan Tourism Village is a unique destination based on natural tourism attractions in Bali. The beauty of natural scenery and Salak Agrotourism are excellent tourist attractions for visitors. The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on changes in visitor behavior when traveling. The competitiveness of tourist villages and the unknown reasons for visitors to travel to Sibetan Tourism Village becomes an important to carry out a research related to visitors’ behavior analysis. This research aimed to analyze the behavior of visitors who traveled to Sibetan Tourism Village based on six correlation between latent variables. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 respondent taken collected with accidental sampling method. The data analysis techniques included structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3.3.5 Student Version analysis tool and qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the analysis of visitors’ behavior to Sibetan Tourism Village in this study indicates that (1) visitor motivation has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (2) service quality has a significant effect on visitor satisfaction; (3) visitor satisfaction has a significant effect on the image of the destination; (4) the image of the destination has a significant effect on the intention to revisit; (5) visitor motivation has a significant effect on the intention to revisit; and (6) service quality has no significant effect on the intention to revisit.

Este artigo de revisão de literatura avalia os efeitos neurobiológicos e psicológicos dos procedimentos estéticos. Foram selecionados vinte estudos científicos relevantes nas bases de dados PubMed e Cochrane. Os resultados indicam que os procedimentos estéticos podem melhorar significativamente a autoestima, satisfação com a aparência e bem-estar psicológico dos pacientes. As mudanças neurobiológicas em áreas do cérebro relacionadas à ansiedade e ao estresse sugerem que os efeitos psicológicos dos procedimentos estéticos podem estar relacionados à mudança na atividade cerebral. No entanto, ainda há lacunas no conhecimento em relação aos mecanismos neurobiológicos subjacentes aos efeitos psicológicos dos procedimentos estéticos. Os procedimentos mais comuns, como botox, preenchimentos e cirurgias plásticas, estão relacionados à melhoria na autoestima e na satisfação com a aparência. A prática ética e responsável na medicina estética é fundamental para garantir a segurança dos pacientes. A revisão de literatura contribui para o avanço do conhecimento científico sobre o tema e destaca a importância de orientar pacientes e profissionais de saúde sobre os efeitos neurobiológicos e psicológicos dos procedimentos estéticos. Conclui-se que os procedimentos estéticos podem ser uma opção válida para melhorar a aparência e o bem-estar psicológico, desde que sejam realizados por profissionais qualificados e éticos. Futuras pesquisas devem focar em investigar os mecanismos neurobiológicos subjacentes aos efeitos psicológicos dos procedimentos estéticos e fornecer orientação mais precisa para pacientes e profissionais de saúde.

Bevezetés: Hazánkban az arc-, állcsont-szájsebészeti osztályok száma és szerkezete az elmúlt évtizedekben jelentős átalakuláson mentek keresztül. Célkitűzés: Vizsgálatunk célja a maxillofacialis aktív fekvőbetegosztályok aktuális teljesítménymutatóinak a bemutatása, valamint e mutatók alapján az ellátóhelyek összehasonlítása. Adatok és módszer: Elemzésünkhöz az Országos Egészségbiztosítási Pénztár által leszerződött, illetve finanszírozott ágyak számát vettük alapul. Az összevetéshez használt teljesítményadatok az Országos Egészségbiztosítási Pénztár adatbázisából származ-nak. A vizsgálatban a következő indikátorokat értékeltük: az ágyszámok megoszlása intézeti típus szerint, a finanszí-rozási esetek száma, a súlyszám összege, a case-mix index, az elszámolt ápolási napok száma, az ágykihasználtság, valamint az átlagos ápolási idő. Eredmények: A vizsgált időszakban az aktív ágyak 40%-a (65) volt egyetemi klinikán. Ehhez hasonló megoszlást mutat a finanszírozási esetek száma is. Az egyetemi klinikákon magasabb a súlyszámösz-szeg, és a case-mix index értéke is. A arc-, állcsont-szájsebészeti osztályok ágykihasználtsága (45,75%) elmarad az országos átlagtól. Aim: The aim of our study was to present the actual performance indicators of maxillofacial inpatient departments and based on the available data to compare the departments. Method: The study was based on the number of beds founded by the National Health Insurance Fund. Performance data were supplied by the National Health Insurance Fund Administration. The assessment included the following indicators: number of beds institutional breakdown by type, number of reimbursed cases, the weighted case number, hospital stay, bed occupancy rates and average length of stay. Results: In the examined period 40% of active beds (65) were in university hospitals. The distribution of reimbursed cases was similar. The university hospitals showed higher weighted case number and case-mix index. The oral surgery departments' bed occupancy rate (45.75%) was below the national average. Conclusion: The indicators show significant differences among different departments in the examined period.
