Surface Plasmon-Polariton Schottky Photodetectors

Abstract: This article thesis presents the full design, fabrication, characterization and testing of two surface plasmon-polaritons (SPPs) photodetectors operating at telecommunication wavelengths.Surface plasmon photodetectors are of great current interest.
