Abstract:Suprimento arterial sistêmico ao pulmão normal é uma anomalia congênita rara que difere das clássicas situações de sequestro pulmonar. Esta condição é caracterizada por um ramo arterial sistêmico aberrante que pode surgir da aorta descendente ou, menos comum, da aorta abdominal ou do tronco celíaco, suprindo uma área de parênquima pulmonar.
