Abstract:Supravalvular aortic stenosis is a type of congenital heart disease in which membrane-like stenosis rarely occurs. Herein, we present the case of a 52-year-old female patient who was admitted to the hospital because of palpitation. Two-dimensional echocardiography and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography showed supravalvular membrane-like stenosis with aortic insufficiency.
