Suprasellar tension pneumocyst after transsphenoidal surgery

Abstract: Tension pneumocephalus is an uncommon occurrence after transsphenoidal surgery. The author presents an unusual case of postoperative visual deterioration related to expanding air within a suprasellar tumor cavity.
