Suprapatellar Fat Pad Impingement due to Vascular Lesion

Abstract: Case: We present a fifteen-year-old adolescent boy with anterior knee pain and a palpable tender swelling in the suprapatellar region with painful terminal extension. Imaging was suggestive of a vascular lesion in the suprapatellar fat pad.
