Abstract:Giant cell arteritis is a systemic vasculitis which usually involves the cranial arteries. We report the case of a 57-year-old patient presenting with headache and painful subcutaneous supraorbital nodule. A subsequent biopsy of a supraorbital nodule led to the diagnosis of giant cell arteritis.
