Suppression of LPS‐induced transcription and cytokine secretion by the dietary isothiocyanate sulforaphane

Abstract: Scope: Diets rich in cruciferous vegetables are associated with lower levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines, which may contribute to potential health-promoting properties of these vegetables.
