Suppression criteria of parasitic mode oscillations in a gyrotron beam tunnel

Abstract: This paper presents the design criteria of the parasitic mode oscillations suppression for a periodic, ceramic, and copper loaded gyrotron beam tunnel. In such a type of beam tunnel, the suppression of parasitic mode oscillations is an important design problem.
