Supporting Re-Learning of Basic Skills of People With Disabilities by Web-Based Training

Abstract: Learners with disabilities need to (re) learn basic skills at all levels to enable them to lead more independent lives, to improve their literacy or numeracy, to gain employment or enter further education.
