“…A virtual team (VT) is an evolutionary form of a network organization, enabled by the advances in information and communication technology(ICT) (Davidow & Malone, 1992); VT have been defined variously by many researchers (Fiol & O'Connor, 2005;Jarvenpaa & Leidner, 1999;Jarvenpaa, Shaw, & Staples, 2004;Lipnack & Stamps, 1997;Lurey & Raisinghani, 2001;Schiller & Mandviwalla, 2007), ranging from geographic and temporal member distribution, adaptability, to the use of a variety of media and member diversity.
