Abstract: Oligosaccharides have recently received much attention from researchers owing to their multiple biological activities. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of a diet with reduced fish meal and chitosan oligosaccharide (COS) supplementation on a hybrid grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus ♀ × E. lanceolatus ♂).
