Supplementation with fish oil reduces morphological aspects of muscle damage induced by intense exercise in rats

Abstract: AIMSː To investigate the effects of resistance exercise and fish oil intake on muscle morphology in Wistar rats.  METHODSː Forty-eight animals that performed resistance exercise were initially divided into two groups.
