Abstract

<p>Ectopical expression of FlagSrx in HT29 cells promotes the C-terminal tyrosine phosphorylation of EGFR and activates downstream MAPK signaling. Cells were serum starved for overnight and then treated with or without 50 ng/ml of EGF containing medium for indicated times. Results from a single membrane western blot were shown in (A) and quantitative data from three independent experiments were shown in (B).
