Abstract: <p>Figure S1: LNCaP, VCaP and DuCaP cells were grown in charcoal-dextran stripped serum (CSS) for 48 h and treated with increasing concentrations of R1881 or DHT in the presence or absence of Enzalutamide (10 µM) or vehicle (Ctrl) for 48 h.
